We work throughout Adams County — the borough of Gettysburg and the townships surrounding it, the boroughs east toward the York County line, the fruit-growing country to the north, and the properties along the South Mountain edge to the west.
That range covers a lot of different construction. Building age, foundation type and terrain vary enormously across the county, and they change both what the moisture problem is and what will actually fix it. We assess the property in front of us rather than applying a template.
